What you’ll do:
- Analysis of bank business needs, coordination with business Product owners and other stakeholders
- Preparing and writing business stories and functional specifications for developers and business areas
- Develop and prepare business case and develop business case and business specifications for and with business users
- Collaboration with all relevant areas (development, testing, PMO, business areas)
- Meeting delivery deadlines, scope reduction if required, keeping in mind the optimal achievement of business objectives
- Host and/or actively participate in internal and external business related ceremonies
- Proposing and taking a position on process improvements related to business analysis
- Building excellent business relationships with the client
- Willingness to travel to Uzbekistan
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- 3+ years of banking domain experience as a business analyst (SME experience preferred)
- Experience in web and mobile frontend/backend development
- Relevant professional experience in IT field (bank, insurance)
- Analytical thinking and systems approach
- Relevant experience in interface specification
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Knowledge of the following technologies/tools: Jira, Confluence, Postman / Bruno, Git, Swagger

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong logical thinking with the ability to break down complex business problems into well-defined, deliverable software functions
Client Communication
- Confident in presenting product concepts and features to banking clients
- Experienced in leading workshops, conducting product demos, and facilitating requirement clarification sessions with both business and IT stakeholders
- Willing to occasionally travel to Uzbekistan and join client workshops
Advantage:
- Rest API design experience

- Low-code tool experience
- Knowledge of Sharepoint, Confluence, draw.io, Figma
