What you’ll do
- Communicate with clients at both business and technical levels.
- Present our solutions to clients and perform GAP analyses of their requirements.
- Create functional analysis artifacts, including:
- Screen designs in collaboration with the UX team
- User scenario descriptions
- Mapping of technical inputs
- Monitor project scope within your assigned area of responsibility.
- Coordinate work leading to the creation of required deliverables.
- Bring innovative ideas to our solutions to maximize client value while leveraging modern practices and technologies.
Who we’re looking for
- Experience in business/functional analysis within the banking sector, ideally in digital or internet banking.
- Good understanding of banking products.
- Systematic, reliable, and detail-oriented – a true analytical thinker.
- Proficient in UML, especially for functional analysis.
- Strong negotiation and client communication skills.
- Fluent in English (active usage).
- Bonus points for experience with OOP concepts.
