You’ll support the Sales and Delivery teams behind the scenes – ensuring our deals, data, and documentation are perfectly aligned. You’ll maintain the heartbeat of our sales operations: making sure what’s promised to clients is flawlessly translated into delivery and invoicing.
You’ll report to the Head of Sales Operations, who reports to the Chief Sales Officer – with direct line to the CEO. Your impact will be felt by sales, finance, and delivery teams.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain clean, reliable data in CRM (HubSpot) and JIRA.
- Coordinate deal documentation, invoicing, and dashboards.
- Track purchase orders, timelines, and project milestones.
- Support T&M offer preparation and monthly reporting.
- Communicate with finance controllers and deal owners to resolve inconsistencies.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years in Sales Ops, Sales Admin, or Finance Support.
- CRM (ideally HubSpot) and project tools (e.g. JIRA) experience.
- Structured, detail-oriented, confident with cross-team coordination.
- Fluent in English and Czech (Hungarian or other CEE languages a plus).
