We’re looking for an AI QA Specialist who is passionate about quality and innovation. In this role, you’ll make sure our digital banking solutions – including AI-driven features – work flawlessly. You’ll work with modern test automation frameworks, design smart test strategies, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients and their customers.

What you’ll do
- Design and maintain automated test suites for APIs, web apps, and backend systems in complex, configurable environments.
- Create and manage scenario-based tests for digital banking user journeys and AI/LLM-powered workflows.
- Test the multi-agent orchestration layer, individual agent behaviors, tool integrations, prompts and conversation quality.
- Monitor for AI risks, verify AI safety and data privacy protection features work well.
- Ensure our AI systems meet banking regulations and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain realistic test data .
- Contribute to test strategy and automation frameworks to ensure scalability and reliability.
Who you are
- Experienced in test automation and familiar with modern frameworks.
- Knowledgable in Python.
- Skilled in debugging, problem analysis, and structured reporting.
- Detail-oriented, thorough, and passionate about quality.
- A strong communicator who works well with developers, product teams, and automation engineers. Curious, adaptable, and quick to learn – especially when it comes to AI testing (we’ll train you!).
- Understanding of data quality and its impact on AI systems.
- Ability to think like both a user and an adversary (for safety testing).
- Comfort with ambiguity.
- Proactive, open to feedback, and focused on continuous improvement.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of AI/LLM testing, prompt testing and evaluation frameworks – or a strong interest in learning.
- Experience with regulatory compliance testing.
- Background in testing complex digital products or financial applications.
