What you’ll do:

  • Contribute to our agentic platform – a sophisticated system that streamlines how we develop and deliver digital banking projects through AI-powered workflows.
  • Work on RAG projects 
  • Build and enhance our customer-facing AI solutions – conversational AI and multi-agent workflows.
  • Develop AI-powered automation tools for internal workflows.
  • Ensure AI safety and compliance by implementing safety frameworks and adhering to EU AI Act requirements – because in financial services, trust is everything.
  • Build integrations through APIs, A2A protocol and MCP connectors for seamless interaction between AI systems and our digital banking platform.
  • Experiment and prototype by testing new approaches, evaluating emerging AI technologies, and bringing bold ideas to life.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • 3+years of experience in either:
    • AIfocus: Working with LLMs, AI frameworks (LangGraph, ), building, tesing, evaluating, safeguarding conversational AI or multi-agent systems
    • Softwareengineeringfocus: Python/TypeScript backend development with solid engineering fundamentals, backend APIs, databases, and system integration
  • Understanding of AI coreconcepts
  • Understanding of AI safety and compliance considerations
  • Collaborative approach and ability to learn quickly in your growth area

Technical Skills (combination of current expertise and willingness to learn):

  • Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js programming
  • LLM frameworks and modern AI systems
  • Vector databases and RAG architectures
  • Agent to agent communication (A2A protocol)
  • Model Context Protocol (MCP)
  • Backend development and API design
  • Cloud platforms and containerization
  • Version control (Git)

You’ll be an even better fit if you have:

  • Financial services domain knowledge
  • Low-code plat form familiarity
  • CI/CD pipeline experience
