Now, we’re growing our Sales Operations team to keep our business moving with precision and clarity. 

The Role: International Sales Coordinator 

You’ll support the Sales, Delivery, and Finance teams behind the scenes – ensuring our deals, data, and documentation are perfectly aligned. You’ll maintain the heartbeat of our sales operations: making sure what’s promised to clients is flawlessly translated into delivery and invoicing. 

You’ll report to the Head of Sales Operations, who reports to the Chief Sales Officer – with direct line to the CEO. Your impact will be felt by sales, finance, and delivery teams. 

What You’ll Do:

Sales Operations & CRM 

  • Keep our CRM (HubSpot) and project system (Jira) in sync with clean, reliable data. 
  • Own weekly dashboards: fix missing data, clear expired close dates, and track invoicing inputs. 
  • Handle deal creation, updates, and closing – including documentation, contract signatures, and archiving. 
  • Support Sales invoicing activities – including gathering evidence by communicating internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Support Revenue Operation by participating in data quality optimization and process developments to enhance CRM system efficiency 

Coordination Across Teams 

  • Act as the glue between Finance, Sales, and Project Management. 
  • Ensure all billing, invoicing, and deal data are correctly recorded and reconciled across systems. 
  • Track purchase orders and notify teams of key milestones to drive forecasting and delivery. 

Forecast & Offer Support 

  • Help prepare and track Time & Material (T&M) offers. 
  • Assist with monthly reconciliation and reporting, including obtaining completion certificates internally. 
  • Monitor changes in project timelines and inform key stakeholders. 

Communication & Reporting 

  • Communicate with finance controllers and deal owners to resolve inconsistencies or missing info. 
  • Use Teams, emails, and shared dashboards to keep everyone aligned. 
  • Raise flags and offer solutions when forecasting, billing, or project inputs fall behind.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a Sales Ops, Sales Admin, or Finance Support role. 
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems – ideally HubSpot – and Jira or other PM tools. 
  • Confidence managing structured data across multiple systems and departments. 
  • Strong coordination and written communication skills in English and Hungarian (Czech or other CEE languages are a plus). 
  • Naturally detail-oriented and comfortable working with deadlines and multi-departmental input.
