What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with the sales team to support presales activities, including client presentations, solution demonstrations, requirements gathering and the management of the tender requests
- Preparing and writing business stories and functional specifications for developers and other business areas
- Validate business specifications against technical feasibility and architectural strategy
- Collaboration with all relevant areas (development, testing, PMO, business areas)
- Meeting delivery deadlines, scope reduction if required, keeping in mind the optimal achievement of business objectives
- Host and/or actively participate in internal and external business related ceremonies
- Proposing and taking a position on process improvements related to business analysis
- Building excellent business relationships with clients
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- 3+ years of banking domain experience as a business analyst
- 3+ years of IT project experience
- English language skills at a conversational level
- Knowledge of JIRA, Sharepoint, Confluence, draw.io, Figma
- Knowledge of process modelling language (e.g. UML, BPMN)
- Basic UI/UX knowledge
- Agility, ability to work independently, solution oriented
- Open minded, good communication skills
- High level of presentation skills
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong logical thinking with the ability to break down complex business problems into well-defined, deliverable software functions
Software Design & Specification
- Good understanding of software design principles and the ability to shape the logical structure of business software
- Skilled in translating business needs into clear functional requirements
- Proven ability to write detailed, structured, and unambiguous business specifications
- Familiar with UML concepts
Client Communication
- Confident in presenting product concepts and features to banking clients
- Experienced in leading workshops, conducting product demos, and facilitating requirement clarification sessions with both business and IT stakeholders
- Willing to occasionally travel and join client workshops
