We’re a lean and focused team covering all the essential roles to build and deliver AI solutions – from product leadership and AI engineering to backend development, process automation, and quality assurance.

What you’ll do
- Turning complex financial challenges into smart AI solutions.
- Designing and implementing AI models that make banking more efficient and personalized.
- Building conversational AI features and multi-agent workflows for tricky tasks.
- Making sure our AI runs smoothly by integrating it into our digital banking products.
- Setting the technical foundations for scalable, future-proof AI systems.
- Keeping AI safe, compliant, and responsible – because ethics matter.
- Implement APIs and MCP connectors for seamless integrationExperimenting, prototyping, and bringing bold ideas to life.
Who we’re looking for
- Python or TypeScript/Node.js pro with at least 3 years of experience.
- Someone who loves testing, debugging, and refining solutions until they shine.
- Experience with conversational AI and multi-agent systems.
- Familiarity with AI safety frameworks and best practices.
- Knowledge of backend development, APIs, cloud platforms and containerization.
- A curious mind, problem solver, and team player with strong communication skills.
