Without a cohesive digital strategy, the bank faced operational inefficiencies and struggled with fragmented systems across the KBC Group, creating significant integration challenges.
This absence of a robust digital infrastructure led to a loss of market share, further intensifying the urgency to launch a competitive solution under high time pressure to regain relevance and strengthen its position in the market.

Building a scalable and integrated platform
Finshape partnered with ČSOB to develop a scalable, feature-rich business banking platform tailored to the needs of corporate and SME clients. The platform’s success quickly led to its expansion into a company-wide digital banking solution, now known as Company Digital Banking.
Designed with comprehensive features, it includes smart and batch payments, advanced client administration tools, and seamless system integration. To ensure alignment with business goals, strategic workshops were conducted to manage over 160 change requests efficiently.
